Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to pay an advance to block the property when the balance of my rental needs to be paid?
A non-reimbursable advance of 30% needs to be paid in order to validate your reservation. The balance of your reservation needs to be paid one month prior to your arrival.
Do I need to pay a guarantee? Where is it blocked during my rental period?
Yes, a guarantee is required, the amount of guarantee depends on the rented property. This is blocked on a third party account of Zoute Exclusive.
Who will welcome me upon arrival in Zoute?
A member of the Zoute Exclusive team will welcome you upon arrival and will provided you the keys to the property. All the information regarding your stay in Knokke-Heist will be provided upon your arrival.
Which services are included in the rent?
- Personal welcome, check-in and check-out by a member of the Zoute Exclusive team
- Sheets and towels at check-in (1x for a weekly stay / 1x for longer stays)
- Bath and shower products such as soap, shampoo and bodylotion
- Starters package with water, coffee and some household products such as sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and waste bags
- Utility consumption
Will it be possible to contact a member of the Zoute Exclusive team during my stay?
During your stay a team member of Zoute Exclusive will always be available to answer to your questions and expectations.
Can I book à la carte services during my stay even when they are not booked in advance? As far as possible, the Zoute Exclusive team will make every effort to carry out unplanned services.
The pre-arranged organisation of your stay will be carried out to your satisfaction, except in case of force majeure.
Who takes care of cleaning at the end of my stay? What is the price? Can I benefit from a cleaning service during my stay?
The cleaning service at departure is mandatory. The price is fixed according to the type of property rented.
During your stay, Zoute Exclusive can offer you a cleaning service if this is scheduled in advance (frequency – timing)
What if damage is caused to the rented property and/or interior during our stay, who is responsible?
You are responsible for all damage you cause to the rented property, including its contents as well as to the common parts and third parties. Any damage or defects you report immediately to Zoute Exclusive.
